Damn, not even 3D?
Hello friends,
Have you ever read a post or listened to a pod out there that was viscerally repelling to your body? You get a paragraph or two minutes in, and you're feeling, No, NOPE! Not for me! Not that they did anything wrong, misaligned, or inauthentic.
Tbh, by labeling it something “other,” we are projecting and externalizing our internal truths.
Instead, ask yourself, what is this revealing to me? What is it about this thing in front of me that my body does not agree with?
Step away from the good vs bad, and you’ll uncover a hidden inner truth instead. A step closer to your soul.
Body’s Sacred Rage
My bestie sent an article to me that elicited such a reaction. It screamed patriarchy from header to footer. You’re not seeing growth because you aren’t speaking to people’s pain points, you aren’t putting out more content, you’re all over the place, and on and on.
A twinge of nausea filled my gut, and it sent a shock over my skin. My rebel heart started raging inside with her feral cave-woman club and torch. This is the total opposite of what I share! Are folks still into this? Growth for the sake of growth? Growth for the sake of money?! It all feels hollow and empty.
Yet I reflect on the moments where my nervous system was highly activated last year when I was experiencing decreasing monetary resources. The fear is real and felt.
And then it was transmuted.
Life/Spirit/myself had taught me to step through fear many times. An emotional embodiment. Moving in new and exhilarating ways.
A multidimensional way. My unique multidimensional expression. I feel the most at home in my body than ever and rooted in the deepest of presence. Wow, this is a new experience. I’ve never felt this way before.
Congruent Rooted Presence
Last week, while in rooted presence, I got an intuitive hit to share with the Universe out loud, “I’m ready. I want to be a full-time content creator now.” A body-led decision. And this week, I’m recording 5 different times with 5 different folks! How did this happen? Lol. My request was heard. I finally decided not to be incongruent with my dreams and desires.
Be congruent.
Wants must match action. Action must match wants
Otherwise, nothing happens in the confusion and lack of clarity.
Clarity that I stepped into and became over time. In rooted presence.
The signs are everywhere. Your next steps are in those subtle whispers all around you. Instead of forcing an outcome, how can you BE in this moment and listen?
Doing things for the sake of money or empty growth stats is incongruent with your multidimensional being. Doing things that you think you have to do without deeper meaning is a formula for an empty outcome.
A Multidimensional Path
An intuitive hit came through to start entertaining SEO for the first time the other day. In presence, a nudge of readiness was felt. A pull to learn a new skill. Yesterday, the last podcast episode was released, which received 8x more downloads in the last 24 hours than any of my other episodes here. I thought, wow—in the ebb and flow of peace—I can be myself and still reach my soul people. It’s mystical and powerful.
And now that my inner rebel got to say her piece, my wise and diplomatic side is sharing: Well, will you look at that. That article sparked a message that wants to be shared through you.
Multidimensional expression is possible in the physical. Knowing what you don’t want—in sacred rage—transmutes into what you do want—more alignment, peace, and joy.
I’m not mad at the article. It’s insightful for what not to do if you want to learn how to exist as your most aligned self—shitting rainbows and flying on shooting stars over the moon. 🤭
I’m even going to take a page out of their playbook—a Both/And approach—by marketing to a pain point.
