Quantum Hypnosis Who?
What is Quantum Hypnosis?
It sounds like something straight out of a Dr. Strange Marvel movie, doesn’t it?
If you want to get into the nitty-gritty details of its science and history, read Wth is Even Quantum Hypnosis Anyway???, which I wrote at the wee beginnings of my very humbling SubStack journey lol. That information is important for those who resonate with facts and the logical mind. It helps my brain understand it too. Good stuff!
What about everyone else though? What if you’re the person who receives science knowledge and your eyes start to roll to the back of your skull and suddenly you’re thinking about doing taxes (eye-roll) or baking that cake for that party on Sunday, lol. I raise my hand, yes, this is me too!
I believe things can be explained by either science or the mystical. Whatever the listener resonates with. Neither is wrong, both are true based on your resonance, belief systems, culture, etc.
I enjoy science, and I LOVE magic. I resonate with the blend of both. And after years of doing this work, I’m excited to say I’m ready to share a more mystical explanation of this beautiful modality.
Let’s Start with the Word Quantum
Quantum is endless possibilities. It is the multidimensional multiverse, it’s different timelines, different lifetimes, alternate viewpoints, perspectives, and experiences outside our human 3d world where everything is ordinary and “normal.” The things that exist outside of the immediate physical world. Everything known and unknown.
:crickets: I know. You asked for a mystical explanation! Ha!
You know that adage “What you see is what you get?” Let’s say there is so much more to you and everyone around you.
How do we get there? Wait, where is there?
That’s where the word Hypnosis comes in.
Hypnosis is the intentional use of the subconscious state to reach a desired outcome through a pre-set intention. All of us are in and out of hypnotic states day in and day out.
The 2-hour scroll through social media. A hypnotic state.
The art project you’ve been working on for a while. Hypnotic state.
Washing the car for the 1,000th time. Hypnotic state!
I call this place The Zone. A place where you're not so much in your brain thinking, and just Mindlessly and Effortlessly Doing. I love it, so dreamy :)
Now we marry the two words together, Quantum Hypnosis, and we get:
The intentional use of the Subconscious state to explore the limitless possibilities inside of you that are unknown to your Conscious Mind, but known in your Subconscious Mind by your Higher Self.
Ok, I know some of you are scratching your heads.
What is a Higher Self?
The term Higher Self, or Soul Self, —whichever you resonate with— is used to delineate from the version of you that’s bogged down by your Conscious Mind where you are hassled by thoughts of limiting beliefs, fears, and anxiety. Imagine a version of you so clear and certain of yourself, you just know the answer, or maybe an answer isn’t coming to you but that’s ok too cause No Stress, No Pressure. Just Divine Timing. Your Higher Self is The Best Version of You! Your Most Authentic Self.
The coolest part of connecting with your Higher Self in the Subconscious through Quantum Hypnosis is when we are in an experience meant for us curated by our Soul-Selves, or Higher-Selves, our brains store that in our physical bodies, our nervous systems, our energetic body, and what happens next?
You begin to “act as if you are” this more authentic version of yourself. Your Higher Self is the most aligned self without the ifs, ands, or buts. And to feel at home in your body and with your soul is one of the most delightful experiences ever.
Think about those folks you see who are super confident or unapologetically themselves like Leos living without a care in the world. That’s the person you would become more of, except you’re not going to be that Leo, you're going to be unapologetically more of yourself :)
What Happens in a Quantum Hypnosis? What Will I See? Is It Metaphor or Reality?
To put it simply, guided meditation is used to bring you into a deep state of consciousness. The state you’re in right when you wake up, and the one right before sleep. The Theta brainwave state. Lol, see, you’re always entering and exiting in some type of hypnotic state hehe.
What’s going to happen when I’m in there? I always tell my clients this: You won’t see anything you don’t want to see, and your Higher Self will show you things you are ready for. Both are true.
What will it be like? I’m not a visual person. Everyone experiences differently depending on the strength of their senses. If you ever daydreamed or had dreams while sleeping, you can have a visual experience. If imagination is a word that resonates with you, remember the times you used your imagination. That’s your “seeing” sense. Not everyone has a strong seeing sense, we may start with what you’re feeling in your body, and progress from there which often turns into a visual experience.
You might have a “knowing” experience. Where you just know information and share it.
As for myself, I’ve done my own QH multiple times. My seeing sense is way stronger now, but I still see in clips of pictures and slivers of moving images. Other people see in movie-like imagery. Everyone’s different, there’s no wrong experience.
What will you experience? That’s where the word Quantum comes in. A-ny-thing. You could experience anything. During the session prep that we do together, especially if you’re new, we come up with Questions and Intentions for your session. I see it as a guide and instruction for your Higher Self to work with. So what do you experience in the space of infinite possibilities? It’s totally up to you, you’re the boss :)
Now if you want examples of what can be seen, so you have an idea, because I know some of you will want some kind of answer or example lol. It depends on the person. You’re QH experience will be unique to you. In my personal experience, I’ve explored past lives and experienced myself as a Witch, a Merman, a Tree, and an Alien. (This is QH#4 which will be released in the QH Collection on 2/7/25).
I had clients who have had experiences as dolphins or fish. Lol, I’m sensing an ocean theme here. Past human lifetimes in medieval times or during a war or Egypt or scenic experiences by the beach or in a forest. Galactic lifetimes or childhood memories that were lost. Liminal spaces and different dimensions.
Some of you might be taken aback by the aliens and dimensions part. Is it real or is it metaphor? Based on your background, belief systems, and culture, do you believe aliens are real or is it a metaphorical experience that your Higher Self designed for you to learn from? Take whichever answer resonates with you the most. YOUR Answer is what matters, not mine. And whatever you believe is honestly none of my business either tbh :)
Christian, but do you believe in aliens? Yes, yes I do. I haven’t seen one IRL though. And I can’t wait for that moment lol.
And sometimes you’ll get a little visual of a liminal space floating in the stars, and then your Higher Self butts in and wants to have a whole chat with you for 2 hours because you haven’t been listening to them. Lol, that’s a thing, and that’s ok too.
Whatever happens, is what is meant to be because it didn’t happen any other way. That’s beautiful, and exactly the energetic healing or medicine you needed at that moment.

Wow, Christian. That sounds pretty fun and amazing. Where do I start? I want to be more aligned. What do I do to experience more of my Higher Self, my Authentic Self, and what my Soul wants to show or share with me?
